If you are using a smartphone, please remove the domain designation and set the e-mail to be delivered to your computer. If you do not receive the email, you will not be able to officially use your account.
Children's information can be registered after registering the parent's basic information. If you have many brothers and sisters and it takes time to register, please register only one person first, then log in after new registration and register additionally.
Register your family's vaccination history and birth information
