Reservation method
If you are new to using the Uttaro GENKI notebook and have not registered, please do so .
First, log in and access the reservation site at your "family" medical institution!
Don't forget to keep your Mother and Child Handbook at hand.
Select one vaccine you want to reserve and select the date and time you want to reserve based on availability.
The questions required for reservation will be displayed, so please answer while looking at the Mother and Child Handbook and proceed with the reservation.
If the next reservation date and time does not meet the inoculation rules, you will not be able to make a reservation. Please make a reservation on a different schedule by referring to the reason why you could not make a reservation.
* It will be smooth if you register your inoculation history in advance and then consult with your doctor.
In the case of multiple sets of vaccines, it is very important how many times you inoculate this time and when you inoculated last time, so please make a reservation while carefully checking that there is no mistake in the schedule.
How to make a reservation for simultaneous vaccination?
First, when the reservation for the first vaccine is confirmed, select the vaccine you want to inoculate at the same time on the same day and proceed with the reservation. Changes or cancellations after booking
When the reservation is completed successfully, the child's reservation list will be displayed on My Page.
If you have an appointment and need to change your reservation, or if you need to cancel it, please do so from My Page.
