Reservation method
If you are using the Uttaro GENKI planner for the first time and have not yet registered, please do so .
First, log in and access the reservation site for the participating medical institution !
When making a reservation for a minor, it will be smoother if you remember to have your maternal and child health handbook on hand and register your vaccination history in advance before proceeding to make an online reservation. The vaccination assistance feature is also useful as it automatically calculates the estimated vaccination date .
Select the vaccine you would like to reserve and then select the date and time you would like to reserve based on availability, etc.
You will be asked some essential questions to make a reservation. Please answer them while looking at your maternal and child health handbook and then proceed with the reservation.
If the next appointment date and time does not match the vaccination rules, you will not be able to make a reservation. Please refer to the reason why the reservation could not be made and make a reservation for another date.
For vaccines that consist of multiple doses, it is very important to know which vaccination this is and when the last vaccination was given, so please make sure to check carefully to make sure you have the correct dates when making your reservation.

How do I make an appointment for simultaneous vaccinations?
First, once you have confirmed your reservation for the first vaccine, please select the vaccines you would like to receive on the same day and proceed with the reservation. Changes and cancellations after booking
Once your reservation is completed successfully, a list of your reservations will be displayed on your My Page.
If you have plans and need to change or cancel your reservation, please do so from your My Page.
