Prevent the invasion of four infectious diseases that have a high fatality rate or leave sequelae such as paralysis when they develop!
DPT-IPV-Hib

diphtheria:
It causes sore throat, slight fever, weakness, and swelling in the neck making breathing difficult, which can lead to paralysis and sudden death.
tetanus:
Tetanus bacteria present in the soil enter the body through small wounds and cause infection.
Symptoms begin with difficulty opening the mouth, followed by stiffness, convulsions, and difficulty breathing. Mortality rate 30%
Whooping cough:
The cough worsens after mild cold symptoms and continues for 2 to 6 weeks.
It can cause breathing difficulties, pneumonia, convulsions, and encephalitis.
Polio:
One in every 1,000 to 2,000 infected people develops paralysis of the limbs and is left with permanent disabilities.
Hib:
Many cases are asymptomatic, but when a child's immune system weakens, the bacteria multiply and cause a systemic infection.
Systemic infection can lead to meningitis, epiglottitis, and pneumonia, which can cause intellectual disability and sudden death.
Prevents diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough and polio.
We can inoculate as routine vaccination from 3 months after birth to 7 years and 6 months.
The fatality rate is high if the infection develops during the baby’s life, and it prevents infectious diseases that leave severe aftereffects such as paralysis. It is recommended to complete the last inoculation.
Simultaneous vaccination with rotavirus vaccine, hepatitis B vaccine, Hib vaccine, and pediatric pneumococcal vaccine is recommended.
Since the third vaccination is around 5 months old, many babies are scheduled to be vaccinated at the same time as BCG.
